Faery Rescue
Faeries frolic
near Willows Brook
Dancing around the fires hue
White ribbons plaited through their hair
And Emerald jewels adorn the square
Lacey dresses with specks of gold-dust
Sparkle and shimmer in the twilight glow
Shaded from the drizzling raindrops
Underneath the forest's mushroomed frame
Laughing sounds vibrate the air
Like little wings that flutter and soar
A cladding thud disturbs their circle
A Gypsy's caravan rolls noisily by
Faeries scatter and hide in silence
Underneath the leaves of Autumn's fall
Waiting for their forest to protect them
Waiting for the humans to leave their domain
While they wait a child skips by them
She trips and falls into the watery blue
In quick pursuit, the faeries gather
To save her from her watery doom
They lift her up with gentle movements
Their wings a flutter in haste and despair
As the child sits safely among them
A smile and thank you embrace her lips
Along again in the enchanted forest
The faeries dance around the fires glow
Sheltered from the drizzling raindrops
Underneath the forest's mushroomed frame

Angekins Goblins
One dark and
moonless winter's night
Two friends and Angekins had a fright
To dare each other would be such fun
By night's end, they would need to run
To an old, old graveyard between some houses
Did Angekins tread with mischievous paces
When near the entrance of Headstone Street
A bright flash was their little treat
In another dimension and another time
Did appear a creature from behind the line
It was human of sorts, but animal as well
Was it a GOBLIN, she will never tell

The reason behind this Poem is from a Posting in one
of my Groups that I run.... It is called The Australian Unexplained Stories
Club....and it for people who have had an Unexplained or Paranormal Activity in
their life. Angekins original posting is below....
A few years ago myself and two friends were having a 'silly' night in, when we
decided we wanted to scare ourselves by going to the local old graveyard - it is
in the middle of a bunch of houses and is partially fenced - it's very very old
- it has a small embankment that you step up to get onto level ground, as we did
this there was a bright flash as though we had stepped over a threshold of some
sort, a we walked the meter towards the headstones something, and I mean that
sincerely, 'something' ran behind one of the headstones. We never did work out
what it was but to this day I swear to you my best description of it is a
goblin!
I'm laughing at myself for the absurdity of this explanation
but I have no better description for you
- it was small, black and had a human form of sorts - it definitely wasn't an
animal.

Oh, Jon Luc
Oh Jon Luc, thy love deprives me
No gentle arms surround my being
Your heart belongs to a cold master
Where mine, would share your dreams
She has so many lovers
All intent in serving her
But I would serve just you, my Captain
With devotion so pure and clear
You allow your crew to caress her
She sleeps with all but one
How can I compare against her
Your Love, The Enterprise

Knight Realm
Knight of the
realm, your days of thunder
Are only memories of days of old
No longer do you hunt the fiery dragons
No longer do you save damsels in distress
Wizards and sorcerers, no longer guide your journeys
Or Kings and Queens dictate your destinies
Your battles are over, your armour rusty
The halls of your castles, echo in silence
The stories you'd tell, if only you had written them
The adventures, your stead and you, must have pursued
But now you live only, in the memories
Of a lonely women's dreams |
